Stand To is built to respect your privacy. The app does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not track your behavior. This policy explains what limited data is handled and why.
Stand To stores the following information locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server operated by StaticLine Logistics Group:
· Study session history and flashcard progress
· ACFT scores and calculator inputs you enter
· App preferences and settings
This data is stored using standard iOS on-device storage. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app.
Stand To Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system and managed using RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management platform.
RevenueCat may collect and process the following to manage your subscription:
· A device identifier (Apple's Identifier for Vendors — IDFV)
· Your Apple App Store purchase receipt
· Subscription status and entitlement data
RevenueCat does not receive your name, email address, Apple ID, or payment details. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple.

Stand To does not use analytics services, crash reporting SDKs, advertising networks, or behavioral tracking tools of any kind. We do not know how you use the app.
Stand To requires no account, login, email address, or personal information to download or use. A Pro subscription is purchased through your Apple ID — we never see those credentials.
Stand To may request iOS notification permissions if you choose to enable daily reminders or alerts within the app. This permission is entirely optional. No notification content is transmitted off your device.
Stand To does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The app contains no advertising and requires no personal information to use.
As an iOS app distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain diagnostic and usage data in accordance with your device's privacy settings. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy.
If this policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Because we collect no personal data, changes are unlikely to affect your privacy in any material way.
This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any dispute arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marion County, Florida.
